Noor Kids Club is a tarbiyah focused children’s program at NICC whose mission is for our young Muslims to live, learn and love Islam. It operates on a 10-12 week quarterly schedule that is theme based, each quarter having a chosen theme that it focuses on. The theme is communicated, taught, and instilled in children through a holistic approach incorporating Quran memorization and understanding, halaqa, and activities like arts & crafts, cooking, and drama. Past themes have included “Ihsan: Perfecting Ourselves to Perfect Our Community” and” My Islamic Identity: The Diversity, Unity and Strength of the Muslim Ummah”. In addition to the program’s focus on the operating theme, Noor Kids Club teachers are continuously focused on creating a strong lasting bond with their students and between the students themselves.
Kids Club runs every Saturday from 3pm-6pm at the Masjid. Registration is first come first serve. Registered kids in the program, whose parents have expressed interest in continuing in the next session, will receive first priority. Prospective students are placed on a waiting list.
Reserve your child’s seat via email to, Lila Alsibai or Amina Barhumi . Reservation only holds your child’s seat until a registration form and a first payment are received. A registration day will be set up, and all parents that are on the email list will be informed.
