1. Monthly Family Halaqa - Monthly Family Halaqa will begin from March. It will be held on the last Friday of every month, before Maghrib, to end by 'Isha prayer. Arrangements are being made to commence the Halaqa with a potluck dinner, followed by Maghrib prayer, and Halaqa. Attendees are requested to bring a simple dish for their own family and one other family. The potluck dinner will be arranged in the lower level of the Masjid. Halaqa will be held in the South Conference Room. A list of speakers and the topic will be posted ahead of time. Admission: Open
2. Finance Committee Public Meeting - A monthly event - to be held in the South Conference Hall on An update of the financial matters of Noor will be presented. Admission: Open to all. (Date to be determent)
3. Financial Planning For Retirement Seminar: May 8th, Saturday at 11:00 AM -12:30PM - South Conference Room
In cooperation with PNC Bank, Noor Islamic Cultural Center will present a valuable session to educate community members about need for a healthy financial planning. This must-attend seminar will highlight about IRA, Roth IRA, college education fund of your children, how much to save for retirement, Social Security vs pension, medicare, debt consolidation and host of other issues that might impact your financial security in future. There will be opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
No pre-registration or admission fee is needed. This session is open to all.
