As summer is coming to an end soon inshallah, we hope we are all ready for the new school year.
START DATE:
The Saturday School will start after Eid inshallah, on Saturday, September 10th, 2011
REGISTRATION**:
Attached to the email is the registration form for the 2011-2012 school year--please print and complete the form, enclose the registration fee ($50 per family), and drop off the completed form and the fee at NICC with Sr. Nehal in her office or after each Jumaa prayer (we will have a table set up for this inshallah)
Minumum age for enrollment is 4 years (pre K class), for kids in grades higher than 8th, please contact us as decision will be on individual basis.
**If you have already pre-registered your students and payed the registration fee, please bring only the registration form and your pre-registration receipt.
TUITION:
We have also attached a document that explains tuition fees and PTA contribution for the year
Tuition fees have not increased and will stay the same as last year inshallah
Please note that for accounting and timeliness reasons, we will be unable to accept tuition payments on a monthly basis this year
Tuition payment will be collected quarterly (every 3 months)
Parents who choose to pay for 6 months or for the full year are welcome to do so
OPEN HOUSE:
We will be hosting an open house on Saturday, August 27th, 2011
Another email with more details will be sent as we get closer to the date inshallah
PARENT ORIENTATION:
A parent orientation will be held on Saturday, September 10th, 2011 (the first day of Saturday school) at 12:30pm inshallah
We will explain our mission, vision, goals, objectives, and expectations for the school year, introduce and explain our curricula for all the subjects, and introduce all of our teachers
