About the Instructor:

Some examples of what you will learn
- Understand the ideas of raf' (مرفوع), nasb (منصوب), and jarr (مجرور)as they relate to isms
- Be able to analyze status (إعراب), number (عدد), gender (جنس), and type (قسم) for a given ism
- Be able to recognize and analyze the following fragments: idhafa (إضافة), noun-adjective (موصوف صفة), pointers (أسماء الإشارة), harf of jarr (حروف الجر), harf of nasb (حروف النصب)
- Understand pronouns and their attached versions (ضمير متصل و ضمير منفصل)
- Basic understanding of nominal sentence (جملة إسمية)
- Basic conjugation of the past tense verb (فعل ماض)
- Basic conjugation of the present tense verb (فعل مضارع)
- Light and lightest forms of present tense (حروف جازمة و ناصبة المضارع)*
- Very basic understanding of commanding and forbidding (فعل أمر و نهي)*

Narrated Abu Huraira (radi Allahu anhu):
I heard Allah's Apostle (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) saying. 'Allah divided Mercy into one-hundred parts and kept ninety-nine parts of it with Him and sent down one part on earth. And because of that, its one single part, His creations are Merciful to each other, so much so that an animal lifts its hoof away from its young lest it should hurt it.
